Potato skins with bacon, sautéed onions, jalapeños, yellow peppers, and topped with pepper jack cheese.
Broiled burger, because I’m lazy.
1.9 mile hike to a waterfall, so worth it.

To counteract my animal style fries and burger (and the mac and cheese) I made a salad later in the week.
About 3 miles of hiking up to an elevation of 4996ft (from 2600ft) for this view.
Now to hike back down…
All the wonderful technology that powers my daily life tucked unceremoniously in the corner on a $8 IKEA coffee table.
As you might imagine, my work space gets a little cluttered as the week goes on.
